Yesterday, I attended UI’s Career & Scholarship Expo 2011. Unfortunately, because the situation was so hectic, I forgot to take some pictures (because in all my first experience, I should take some proves that I was there, by photos absolutely).
The ticket sold at thirty-five thousand rupiahs. I jumped there by bus, and I didn’t know why the street was so crowded (maybe they went to UI too). So, I arrived at 10 a.m and …. the queue was soooooooo loooooonggggg….
As a beginner, actually I didn’t know what to do. Fortunately I went there with my friend, Fithra, who has attended job fairs for 5 times. Hehe. And now, she’s still searching an appropriate job.
So, the first step, I moved to the stand in outdoor. I read the requirement carefully, hoping that it matched with my background education. If it yes, I asked the officer, whether the application was in online or I must dropped my documents. And….. one by one I passed all the stands, and made me so tired.
Well, I did envy with all the job seekers who bring certifications from top universities, it made me “jiper” and I don’t know, which one of the job they were not concern? Unlucky, I was not as meticulous as my name, I forgot to mention all my organization experiences, I just mentioned ONE! Yaikks.. I realized, organization experiences is one of consideration to call the applicants. How pity I am!
So what I’m doing rite now? I’m waiting for an or some interview invitation(s). Hoping that my effort is not going waste. I’m trying that far, and hard.
I did the best, let God do rest.
